A good exercise is 5,4,3,2,1

Take a long deep slow breath,

- name 5 things you see,

- name 4 things that you hear,

- name 3 things you feel (touch),

- name 2 things you taste,

- name 1 thing you smell.

Breathe deeply once more.

Move on!
