Good Morning, Folks! I remember the last "quit attempt" I had - I was quit for a little over a year and had the attitude that I'm not going to avoid being around smoke! After all, smoke and smoking are an integral part of modern life, right! All my friends smoke and why should I give up my friends or change my lifestyle just because I decided to quit smoking??? I'll just hang out during smoke breaks and chat and enjoy the cameraderie of "smoke break" but without the cigarette!
Anybody see what went wrong with my "quit plan?" It isn't at all amazing that I relapsed! It's amazing that I did this for Months on end telling myself how liberal and compassionate I was!
Balogna! I was constantly inhaling Second hand smoke! I was even then damaging my lungs! I was stimulating my Addictive Brain!
Please pay attention, People! It doesn't work! Second hand smoke is dangerous for quitters to be around and deadly to everybody adult and child, exposed to it! A couple of weeks ago I published an article about Second hand smoke saying only 26% of current smokers believe that Second hand smoke is even dangerous! INCREDIBLE!
