I'm really fortifying my Quititude after having suffered a trauma Friday night of holding a dying man's hand as he gave up his soul from the smoking related illness COPD. Isn't the Nico-Demon (the sick, twisted Addictive ME!) incredible that an incident like this can challenge my 935 days of Quit Journey??? NO WAY would I give in! It makes me nauseous that such a thought would even deign to play with my emotions like that!
