I'm drinking a cup of coffee! BAD! *sigh* But doing good on the rest of my nutrition and exercise plan. My goal is to make exercise so routine it's like brushing my teeth - if I skip a day I feel awkward all day! The Quit Journey taught me a lot about self-discipline and I'm using those skills on my new lifestyle changes - searching for a newer "NEW NORMAL!" LOL!
