Your Best!

Happiness does not come from doing easy work but from the afterglow of satisfaction that comes after the achievement of a difficult task that demanded our best Theodore Rubin I hear a lot of people out there who are on the verge of getting started and nervous, those who have just started and are struggling and those who have already slipped up and are giving it another shot! I just want to tell you something that I learned from James, the Happy Quitter! This fellow taught me that the NicoDemon is really just a part of ME! The Quitter is another part of ME! Now, anybody knows that when you fight yourself it doesn't make for very good harmony and inner-peace, right? So people who try to use willpower and to fight themselves get just plain tuckered out! So what can you do? James kept saying, "Make it easier on yourself! Be HAPPY!" Happy??? Are you nuts? But I found out that when I do activities that I really enjoy, when I distract myself with FUN, when I follow JonesCarp's suggestion and LAUGH at my cravings, They don't last as long and they don't visit as often! It really works! Don'y fight yourself - You know YOU are the one who will win! But which you? If you CHOOSE WISELY it will be The Happy Quitter who lives within you! Have a Marvelous Smoke FREE Day!
