Just a note

My friend the Caravan Master told he let the cat out that I quit 20 years ago. I thought I should come and just thank everyone for the love they have always shown since I got here.

I really can only say that to be successful, you just have to never let one of those nasty things get close to your face. If it isn't there, you certainly can't light it up.

I can only hope that I have helped someone to maintain their quit. Then having to always be on Oxygen will be worth it. (I'm going to give him a piece of my mind about telling everyone that.)

Just take your quit one step at a time and you will be successful.

Gone but Not Forgotten. RIP - they leave a legacy of their quit journeys behind as road maps for future members, to prevent the pitfalls, provide the tools and show the hope and possibilities for success at overcoming this addiction at any age at any stage. Older than I will admit to. Just an Old Goat helping out if she can. I gave up my death sticks Oct. 21, 1994. Joan
