Still fighting the fight

Last cigarette 3/16/12 about 10:30am...Today has been a tough day. So many emotions today, but I got through each and everyone of them with out a cigarette!! It definitly was not a easy task, but I did it. My cravings hit hard also right after meals. I am so thankful for this website, I believe we can all help each other on our new journeys of a smoke free life.
I'm wearing the patch, so I think I should consider taking it off before I goto bed, I had some really bizarre dreams last night...Well, goodnight and God bless!! Never give up! Never surrender! 🙂
