So as I get through another day one, i'm somewhat reflective today over the hold cigs have on me. I went head first into the murcky waters of addiction, as I smoked more and more over the years. Now, i'm on the journey to becoming an EX, and I must admit the challenge is becoming appealing to me. I was very young when I started smoking, not at all thinking about what I was really doing to my body and my life. I knew a little about smoking being harmful, but its like it never clicked with me. Like I said, I became an addict very quickly.
With more education, its a lot easier to fight my cravings, because I have a better understanding of the addiction process. I wish my mom wouldn't have supported my habit either. But I realize that now its completely up to me, and I'm definitely FOR becoming an EX...
