Finding it hard to quit smoking.

Hi, my name is Shane. I'm 23 years old, and have been smoking for just about 11 years now. Suprising, huh? I'm at a point in my life where I'm a 110% ready to quit, but just can't seem to do it. When I think about quitting smoking, I tend to smoke more. I have plenty of motivation...such as the money I would save, my health and my family. I have 2 beautiful daughters, one who is 4 years old and a 5 month old. The last thing I want to do is bring my daughters up around cigarette smoke. Though I do not smoke in my home, and I do not smoke in my vehicle, they still are exposed to the nasty habit. I spend an average of $250.00 to $300.00 a month on smoking alone. I just can't figure out how to drop the nasty habit. What makes it worse is when I have friends and family that smoke, and I work in an enviroment where you are able to smoke indoors at basically any time. Making the temptation even worse. I sometimes find myself lighting a cigarette as force of habit, without even noticing I did. I smoke an average of a pack or sometimes more a day. Is there anyone who can offer me advice, tips or just you're personal story of how you are quitting, or have quit this disgusting habit.
