A celebration is order today here on EX. Three years ago today, after 35 years of smoking there was a showdown at the Malboro corral and our Lisa turned her back to cigs and never looked back. I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa at EX2 in Orlando earlier this year and she told me I was the first one on EX to reach out and offer her support when she first joined. I don't quite remember being the first one but I am sure glad she took my hand. I do remember she was a very determined quitter, just what it takes. She became a gym rat, almost turned into a carrot and read EX blogs, Allen Carr and Whyquit just like she was told to do by many here on EX, she was a textbook quitter and look at her success story now. I am sure proud of you Lisa and I am sure glad I was along for the ride. Congrats to you my friend......
