I wanted to stop by and thank Shawn my Ohio friend for posting a blog over the weekend to help me celebrate my 60 th birthday. Shawn it is people like you who make me glad I have stayed in contact with the EX site after over 4 1/2 years. I really appreciate the attention and all the positive comments from my fellow EX'ers. I am always humbled by the recognition. I never feel I've done enough to help others quit the addiction. This site back in '09 helped me get over the hump early in my quit. I would never had made it stick had it not been for the EX support. I choose breathing over smoking. Make that choice if you still smoke and if you quit....never look back. I am looking forward to the EX get together to Florida this February....turn the heat up down there in Florida for that weekend Tommy....us northern folk are freezing our butts off...
