ON DAY FORTY-NINE!
Good morning EXers....well, this weekend isn't starting off in the matter that I was hoping for....yesterday, I met my new GP Doctor that I had been assigned to. In closing, she asked that I give a blood sample for a few check she wanted to have done. That was about 10:30 in the morning....Last night, another doctor called my cell while I was in a meeting, and relayed that my doctor wanted me to come into the emergency room immdiately for another sodium check, and another EKG. I called the nurse advice line about 3;30 this morning and asked what was up. She told me to get in right away. Normal sodium levels are 3.5-3.0...and that mine are at 6.2. She said they believe that one of my medications that I am taking, (or not taking) is causing my sodium to elevate. (Update...it’s not sodium, it’s potassium instead). I just got my admission bracelet. Joy joyCompound that with a leaking valve....I apparantly am not in near as good a shape as I was lead to believe....hmmmm...
The doctor did tell me that it was wonderful that I had quit smoking and that I should never ever consider going back on that committment. Not to mention, the "other" bad habit of indulging too much of....
So, I have showered, prayed, fed my boys, and now it is time to hit the road and let the stewards do their majic....
Que cera....cera....

Wait!!!....I think we might have found the problem after all....
