I can HONESTLY say i havent felt this good in a long time. I love the fact of not smelling like smoke no more and just overall feeling better about myself. Been feeling down a lil bit because i Know I have put on a few pounds and its like okkkkkkkk, what am i really doing different in my eating patterns???? And truthfully, I havent changed nothing really. IS THIS NORMAL???? AND WHY THE WEIGHT GAIN WHEN I HAVENT DONE anything different????????????????? UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, feeling totally frustrated about this. 😞
