Feeling Blah ....

Ive been doing so so well and today I feel the URGES like bad. Its been 2 weeks and 3 days and like I'm seriously depressed, been staying to myself and I just don't feel myself. I keep  remaining POSITIVE and know tht I CAN AND WILL DO THIS AND BEAT THIS !!!!!!!!!!!! I have picked up more exercise and drinking water water and more water. I know this is physchological and it will pass, Just had to vent everyone....HOORAY for my 17 days of freedom but oh its kicking my ass today lol

I just wanted to post that I'm doing ok. I was hospitalized 6-8 for low blood sugars and hypertension. I came back home Monday and been resting. IM STILL NOT SMOKING ON DAY 13 AND STILL ON LEVEL 1 PATCHES. I just wanted to check in with everyone and surprisingly , I haven't gained no fact I have lost which is extremely odd because last time I quit I had gained.

Well today was another successful day ! I'm so proud of myself ! I'm starting to feel a lot more better and the medicine is helping ! Today was such a memorable day with laughter laughter and more laughter! Keep on smiling everyone and keep the quit- I know I am

Still feeling sick. Been sleeping most the day and still not smoking guys! Havent even vaped from the fear of hacking my lungs out

Does anyone know where I would be able to get free patches like Nico Derm or anything that is possibly free????? I am in Illinois I have Meridian for insurance but not sure what routes to take since I never had used or gotten patches before!!! I'm starting to feel agitated some what and I guess them bad urges are kicking in

Day 1-

Got up about an hour ago made my coffee and the urges kicked in. Smoked my last cigarette about 11 last night. Been vaping on 6mg (which isn't a whole lot) and feeling great about that. Now to be busy today, and start this quit off right.

Weight Gain?

I'm noticing since I'm hitting closer to my quit date that I'm eating more now (grrrrrrr). Ive always struggled with weight issues and when I had quit before I ate the same, gaining no weight at all. But I'm noticing my eating habits are kinda picking up and I'm at an ideal weight now so scared to gain anything lol. Any tips or advise on what to do???????

Ok everyone - I'm back and I slipped and kinda just stayed away because I was hoping this was temporary and Id be able to quit again , but a year later , I'm still smoking. I reset my quit date to the beginning of June. I have been vaping but again, don't want to depend on anything at all. I know I can do this again and one of the things that's great about me is my will and determination. The support on here is incredible and I'm so glad to be back !!! One of my greatest supporters on here is PUFF, and thank you again for kicking me in the butt lol!

Im a 40 year old woman who was smoking NEWPORT 100'S FOR 15 YEARS , I decided to just quit , being diabetic and other reasons. I have been vaping since last Thursday and yesteday was my hardest day ! I am determined to beat this and stay smoke free. This has not been easy to just go ahead and stop something so easy i was USED to doing. I have always gave excuses WHY not to instead of giving the reasons Why to quit. I lost my father at ther age of 55 due to health reasons and I do KNOW FOR SURE, smoking 2-3 packs a day was a huge factor. I know they say you have to stop for yourself more importnatly than for anyone else and believe me when i say this IS FOR ME, but this is also for my father as well who is looking down on me shining because he is sooooo proud of me. I never have been hooked on drugs but i swear to you that this is the feeling of an addict....The one day at a time and when do you feel better? This is MY JOURNEY AND I WANT TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
