My goal for 2017 is to lose 10 pounds. Only 15 to go.

Ate salad for dinner last night. Mostly croutons & tomatoes. Really just one big crouton covered in tomato sauce…and cheese. Fine! It was a pizza…I ate a pizza!

How to prepare tofu: Throw it in the trash & grill some meat.

I just did a week’s worth of cardio after walking into a spider web.

I don’t mean to brag but…I finished my 14 day diet in 3 hours & 20 minutes.

A recent study found that women who carry a little extra weight live longer than the men who mention it.

I may not be that funny or good looking or smart or talented…I forgot where I was going with this.

I think I’ll just put an “Out of Order” sign on my forehead & call it a day.

Senility has been a smooth transition for me.

Keep on keepin on y'all

I began this quit journey on October 1, 2004. I'm not doing it for my wife or children nor in memory of the many family members or friends I have lost due to this addiction. I'm doing it for Mike. "The only real threat to your quit is between your ears" ~ Me "A smooth sea never made a skillful sailor" ~ English proverb "A gem cannot be polished without friction, nor man perfected without trial" ~ Chinese proverb I'd rather be a non-smoker who thinks about smoking once in awhile, than a smoker who's always thinking about quitting" ~ Anonymous ~
