Social smokers trigger

social smoker triggers are the last and hardest to break I've learned how to refrain from asking and cravings are usually pretty tolerable but it's when they offer or leave them in my sight that nicodemon start jumping like crazy and before I know it I've accepted it. I kick myself because that one drag ruin all of my days of success though I refuse to allow it to take over again. I'm so tired of starting over I just want to be able to be around my family without falling into the trap. I've kicked the early morning, after meals, driving, boredom, stress and even ANGER which to most is the biggest trigger I don't know why it's so hard to kick this one any advice?
