Wishing each of you a Happy Valentine's day! Yes, I do know it's tomorrow and not today...but what I have to say can't wait for another day!
Today, I need to talk to you about LOVE! Today, I want to tell you to LOVE yourself! I want to tell you that in the end, you are the one that you will spend the rest of your life with! You are the one responsible for your own nourishment, happiness and enrichment in life! I promise you, once you take total responsibility for loving yourself, just as you would love your child or significant other, you will have a happy heart.
Ask yourself---would you endanger your child or the person you love? Would you willing give them poison or intentionally cut their life short? No? Then ask yourself, why am I doing it to myself? Do I not love myself?
So my Valentine's Day wish to you, is fall in love with yourself. Love yourself enough to stop smoking-----NOW! It's way to easy to put off until tomorrow what you can do today.
