Day 539

Hello all! I hope each of you are doing well. I don't blog very often these days, but I keep you in my thoughts.

It's amazing the difference in my life since I cut my social media/internet time. It was very difficult at first, like quitting cigarettes, I had to relearn habits and get past the urge. For one thing, after the stroke, social media has been my main connection to the world. But, I knew that I was spending to much time online instead of living in the 3D world so it was best for me to cut the connection for a while. I even deleted my  facebook friends down to only family & best friends. Wow, I didn't realize how much drama I would be removing at the same time. So, I'm staying busy in the real world and trying to be a help to those around me. Especially my ailing friends and family.  One of my cancer friends passed 😞 On the positive, my husband had a cancer scare but it turned out ok. I'm thanking God for that but it once again reminded me...we never know what day may be our last or the day our life changes forever. Live each and every day to the fullest my friends. Make it count and don't sweat the small stuff.

To all the new people on EX, you can do this! You can be a quitter. More important, you can be a happy quitter. Take it one day at a time. Make it through just today. Don't worry about tomorrow, just get through all the today's.

   Love, Peace & Happiness,
  Marilyn
