I better mention our buddy our pal our friend our Hump day camel George right now while I'm thinking of it 
he has been a little perturbed with me where I've been forgetting to mention him lately, anyway we both want to wish each of you a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day. LIFE can and will get difficult at times BUT thankfully with commitment and perseverance we can and will get through whatever life throws at us with our precious quits in tact because it's a MUST if we EXpect to remain Smokefree......
