I remember my early weeks of quitting smoking and how horrendous the cravings and moodswings were and how at times I thought I was going to crawl out of my own skin and one moment I might be laughing and the next moment I'd be snotting like a baby and there were definetly times that if you looked at me the wrong way I'd feel like tearing my hair out or ripping someone's face off anyone's face it really didn't matter whose face BUT whew thankfully with commitment and perseverance and the help of this community I made it through and you will to BUT you MUST keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF ~ Days Of Freedom so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT thankfully it's DOABLE and so very worth it to be Free stay close because we're all here to help you in any way we can.....

HALT may be an A.A. Slogan BUT it works in pretty much all aspects of our lives! For me not eating regularly and eating unhealthy is the hard one AND being really tried SO NO Matter Where We Are In Our Quits Let's H.A.L.T ●●●●

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
