Finding this awesome community was Exactly what I needed to succeed in quitting smoking looking back I don't believe that I had the confidence in myself BUT wowser after reading everything I could find right here on this site it really strengthened my resolve to succeed, it certainly wasn't easy BUT finding out that I have copd frightened me into realizing that I wasn't invincible and I didn't want to be sitting in a Drs office and be told to go home and get my affairs in order that there's nothing that can be done all because I waited to long to quit smoking! As difficult as it is, it's also very Doable PLUS our lives are worth so much more than the damned Cancer Sticks!!!!! ~ N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter What ~ works ~ Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree and besides relapsing isn't an option anymore RIGHT!!!!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
