N.O.P.E.~Not One Puff Ever~N.M.W.~No Matter What ~ works when applied on a daily basis ~Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree! ~ I remember only too well how horrendous it was in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT with commitment and perseverance I made it through and so will you BUT you MUST stick with your precious quit journey, believe me when I say it's definetly the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE.....Our lives are worth so much more than the damned Cancer Sticks.....
