Living life with or without the crutch is a choice!

I'm definetly a broken record and I know it BUT when it comes to our quits I'll continue to do so because our lives literally depends it! Smoking kills and it doesn't matter who you are or where you live it's bound to catch up with you at some point, I didn't want to be sitting in a Drs office and I don't want any of my family and friends that are still smoking or any of you that are still struggling with remaining quit to be sitting in a Drs office and be told to go home and get your affairs in order that there's nothing that can be done all because you waited too long!!!! When I found out that I have copd that was enough for me to realize that I wasn't invincible that I could end up on oxygen 7/24 or worse!!!! I decided enough was enough after 40 years of smoking at least 30 a day with at least a half dozen half assed failed attempts at trying emphasis on trying otherwise one of those quits should have stuck BUT thankfully with the help of this community I made it through and with commitment and perseverance so can you PLUS we're all here to help you in any way we can....

I'm on DAY 2,300 and counting plus smiling! ☆☆☆☆

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
