Once we've bit the bullet and stopped playing Russian Roulette with our life and have finally wised up and taken back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison then we must choose to stick with N.O.P.E ~ and vigilance N.M.W ~ No Matter What ~ because vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree ~ I never ever want to take my precious quit for granted I want US ALL to always remember and N.E.F Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because NONE OF US has to ever go back to the to the damned Cancer STICKS ......Life can and will kick us in the teeth at times BUT relapsing isn't the answer because whatever is happening is going to happen whether we smoke or not so hang on tight to the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE.....
