I'm just beside myself with what's happening around the world with the surge of Covid 19 cases in certain areas it's heartbreaking BUT unfortunately it's completely out of my hands other than doing the things I need to here in NB to hopefully keep the surge away by washing my hands, wearing a mask if I can't social distance whether I'm outside or inside to protect the people around me and I must WE must nurture and protect our quits because the last thing we need is to throw our hands up in the air and screw up our precious quits we must choose to remain Smokefree because Relapsing just isn't the answer NOT when our lives literally depends on us because breathing is essential to living and thankfully with vigilance we can and will remain Smokefree N.M.W....
