The last several days I've had such an horrendous headache that I've been nauseous I've tried taking a couple of Tylenol sinus and then I tried a couple of extra strength Tylenol neither barely took the edge off so I went to town yesterday and bought an allergy med, I took one this morning so far it's not taking the edge off anyway my point is I'm just so thankful that I finally wised up and kicked the disgusting nicotine poison to the curb permanently because I shake my head NOW BUT back in my Smoking days and I'm pretty sure it's true for most of you that we'd be smoking away and complaining about how bad the headache was like duh gosh I'm thrilled to be Free from the clutches of the damned Cancer Sticks AND with N.O.P.E and vigilance we'll all remain Smokefree because Relapsing isn't the answer NOT when our lives literally depends on us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE.......Our lives are worth so much more than the fricken fracken yuckies ( cigarettes ) right!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
