Anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do so we can be around to enjoy the little things in LIFE that's actually the the big things in LIFE! I know beyond a shadow of a doubt how horrendous it was in my early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT with commitment and perseverance I made it through and so can anyone and everyone BUT it's most definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT boy oh boy it's so worth itto be Free.....here's a picture I snapped of my 11 year old grandson this morning snoring away we're now in phase 3 in NB so I've got him for the weekend  I woke up at 6 and looked over at him I've got 2 single beds in my room Mark and I started sleeping in separate rooms way back when I had jaw surgery he was worried about smacking me in the mouth in his sleep and we just got in the habit of it, I think we sleep better anyway. I've got a batch of bread on this morning earlier than usual LOL   sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W guarantees us a lifetime of Freedom.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
