I remember how horrendous it was in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT with the help of this community I kept moving forward and with commitment and perseverance I made it through and so will you as long as you keep stacking up those precious Days Of Freedom it's definetly going to take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT boy oh boy it's absolutely worth all of the withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a damned Cancer Stick.....
