I consider myself a fairly positive minded person most of the time even when so many things aren't going the way I like BUT boy oh boy with these stressful times we're living through now sure puts a new spin on the positives and negatives BUT we're getting through it and thankfully we all have a roof over our heads, running water, electricity food in the cupboards fridge and freezer, I've still got wood in the basement for the wood furnace for the chilly nights. I also need to be thankful for the telephone and the internet so I can keep in close contact with my family and friends especially the grandchildren I miss them so much BUT they're safe AND that's all that matters, I started washing my livingroom walls yesterday I'm hoping to finish them today I also took the pick axe out yesterday trying to make a drain in the middle of the driveway that's a huge puddle of water from the snowbanks melting I'll try again today. Sorry I'm rambling my point is we must keep our minds as well as our hands occupied to keep the stress level down which also gets things done and also keeps us from ever thinking aaah just one would be okay because if we don't keep busy then we allow our minds to wonder to those dark thoughts of the yuckies (cigarettes) especially during these EXtra stressful times we must choose to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W - No Matter What, it doesn't matter where we are in our quits vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree so let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those horrid smoking days instead let's CELEBRATE each and every Day WON because our lives deserves for us to Free from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison..... Each and every Day WON IS a GIFT OF LIFE......
