It can take every ounce of of your being at times in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking Not to throw your hands up in the air and screw up a perfectly beautiful quit by giving up and relapsing back into the slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks BUT don't do it even during these unprecedented Times you can choose to stick with your quit! I know it's not easy WHEW I remember only too well how horrendous it was at times I'd be laughing one moment and the next I'd be blatting like a baby snotting all over the place or I'd feel like screaming and I probably did and other times if you looked at me the wrong way I'd want to tear my hair out or rip someone's face off anyone's face it really didn't matter who's face. No one wanted to be around me not even my grown children they never thought I'd stay quit anyway! The only ones that were safe to be near me were the grandchildren they were and still are my incentive AND Thankfully I knew that I'd make through because of all of the reading that was suggested to me right here on this site it strengthened my resolve to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W because I knew that I would make it through and I did and so will you! It definitely takes time to relearn life without the smokes BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free...Our LIVES are worth so much more than the damned Cancer Sticks...

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
