Relearning life without the crutch!

After decades upon decades upon decades upon decades upon decades of smoking it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes because every blessed thing we did was wrapped around them BUT thankfully with commitment and perseverance we will succeed in living a life of Freedom because our lives are worth so much more than the damned Cancer Sticks believe it because I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that as difficult as quitting smoking is it's also very Doable NOT easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early days and weeks BUT absolutely Doable..... I went to bed at 9 o'clock last night and never crawled out of bed until after 10 o'clock BUT I guess I needed the EXtra sleep. All schools in NB will be closed for the next 2 weeks because of the Coronavirus scarey as Hell BUT I believe the government is doing the right thing......
