There's so much happening in this World that we have no control over BUT thankfully when it comes to quitting smoking and staying quit we do have complete control over whether we smoke or not so vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree it's a choice to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit or to continue to move forward so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON it's definetly not easy in those early days and weeks by any stretch of the imagination BUT boy oh boy it's so worth once you get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is without the damned Cancer Sticks......
