Our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George and I want to wish each of you reading this a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day thankfully we can live a life of Freedom by choosing to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W because it works when applied on a daily basis, it's my oldest grandson Adams 16th birthday today we had a little due here on Sunday to celebrate, he also spent Thursday night and all day Friday here to which was really nice, anyway I think I'm beginning to feel a little better from this cold bug YAY and a humongous YAY for being an EXer and not having to be outside trying to suck on a damned Cancer WHEW not anymore because I don't do that anymore PLUS relapsing isn't an option anymore NOT for any of us NOT when our lives literally depends on us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
