When you're in the throes of horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep it's really easy to think geesh just ONE would be OK BUT of course it's NOT I I know it's hard to believe BUT it's absolutely going to get easier and easier with time under your belt and as Dale says the only way out is through and it's the aabsolute truth, I remember some horrendous cravings that were back to back  they seemed never ending and I wondered if I'd ever feel comfortable in my own skin again and thankfully the answer is YES BUT you have to keep plowing forward because it is worth all of the craziness in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking to be Free. I also remember thinking that after 40 years of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks and smoking at least 30 a day that it was bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes because every blessed thing we did was wrapped around them so the longer you're quit the easier it will get BUT first you must go through the roller coaster ups and downs to get to that good place in your quit....N.O.P.E.- Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance N.M.W. - No Matter What Works when applied on a daily basis.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
