After decades of smoking it's bound to take time to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes as Dale says keep them away from your face and the only way out is through and I can tell you through EXperience that after 40 years of slavery to the damned smokes of smoking at least 30 a day I'm living a life of Freedom it was worth all of the horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a damned Cancer Stick I can tell you there were times that I wanted to scream and yell and I probably did and at times I felt like I was crawling out of my own skin and I thought I was having out of body EXperiences because I had so much brain fog BUT thanks to this awesome community of awesome folks that suggested that I read everything I could find right here on this site which I did everytime I had cravings back to back and some of seemed never ending I'd come on line and read or comment and most definetly blog about it which helped me get to that good place in my quit where I realized how much better life is as an EX Smoker Non Smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what any of us call it as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W because as difficult as quitting smoking is it's also very Doable and totally worth it to be Free.....Keep moving forward and you will get comfortable in your own skin again BUT first you must go through all of the cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep BUT you can and will be successful in getting to that good place in your quit and you will be so glad that you stuck with your precious quit journey......

Once you reach that good place in your quit you'll be smiling at each and every Day WON because LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
