We actually lucked out on the snow YAY we only got a ft instead of a ft and a half and very little freezing rain YAY we did get quite a bit of wind but we never lost power YAY I kept shoveling the steps off yesterday which I find easier to shovel a few inches of the white stuff at a time than letting it build up but there was several inches to shovel this morning but I got some exercise YAY I shoveled Mark's truck out while he was plowing and when I tried to move it I got it stuck so I shoveled some more and moved it to the back yard where he already plowed, Mark got bit by a German shepherd on Wednesday doing deliveries on his job, he was bit on the back of his right hand and the poor guy is right handed, Mark said he could see a couple of tendons moving around so he went to the hospital the Dr didn't want to do stitches in case there was any saliva deep in the wound so he used some kind of tape the Dr gave him a prescription for antibiotics to fight off infection he also got a tetna shot the dogs owner said the dog was up to date on his needles the owner felt really bad. Mark delivers there quite often and has never had a issue with the dog and always pets him, the owner said the dog is on meds for hip pain and maybe that caused an issue but poor Mark finished up his deliveries one handed after leaving the hospital and worked on Thursday but took yesterday off because of the storm so he wouldn't be stuck in the dirty old warehouse and possibly get infection he works with oils and lubes like kerosene and stuff like that his hand is still swelled up. Sorry I'm rambling I better finish up this post and turn the oven on for my bread and rolls and give the beans a stir in the crockpot lets always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that in order to live a Smokefree Life we all must choose to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W so we can continue stacking up those precious DOF so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT boy BUT oh boy it's so worth it to be Free.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
