Mother Nature gave my neck of the woods a pretty decent January which I'm very thankful for because living in a snowbelt I EXpect January to be the most horrid month kinda like quitting smoking grrrrrrrr usually we get storm after storm with at least 10 inches of the white stuff each storm and when it's not storming we get the frigid temps or we'll get a January thaw where everything turns into a skating rink especially the driveways kinda like the rollercoaster of ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep BUT like everything in LIFE it's going to happen no matter the Weather or Season or whether we Smoke Or Not plus we all know that Spring will come & with some time under our belts we do realize that our quits is the gift of LIFE!!!! Oh yeah I almost forgot our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George wants to wish each of you reading this a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day......

I put some weight on this Winter so I found a way to weigh myself which I like.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
