Here we are into the New Year and I'm back to a semi normal routine Mark is off to the 1st full work week of 2020 and Monday is pay day for us 
so I like that I wish each of you reading this a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day.....
If you're struggling this morning stay close because we're all here to help you in any way we can if you're having horrendous cravings please blog HELP and wait for someone to respond if you have to sit on your hands because you can't smoke if you're sitting on your hands it shouldn't be too long before someone responds and most likely there will be many responses we want everyone to EXperience the Freedom of living a Smokefree Life and as difficult as it is in those early weeks it's also very Doable and totally worth it to be Free.....
