I'm a broken record and I know it BUT when it comes to our quits I want everyone to EXperience the Freedom of living a Smokefree Life I don't want anyone to become complacent and think just ONE would be OK because it's NOT Ok it most likely would screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so I like to push N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W because it works when applied on a daily basis then there's absolutely no way any of us will FAIL with it being NeYearEvtoday I think EXtra vigilance is a good idea for everyone of us let's always remember and N.E.F Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time BUT each and every Day WON is the GIFT OF LIFE   let's go into 202with our precious quits in tact it doesn't matter whether we're on day one or day five thousand and one because relapsing just isn't an option anymore NOT when our lives literally depends on us to stick with our quits N.M.W - No Matter What........with commitment and perseverance we will live a life of Freedom and enjoy life to the fullest without the yuckies (cigarettes).....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
