2019 is coming to an end with 202waiting in the wings let's live it to the fullest Smokefree of course because we don't do that anymore as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W then we'll continue stacking up those precious Days Of Freedom so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON....

BUT if you're here and on the fence about quitting smoking or if you've quit and you're struggling please stay close because we're all here to help you in any way we can, you can do this quit deep breaths and believe in yourself you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free...... The longer you're quit the easier it will get BUT it does take time to relearn life without the smokes the only way out is through BUT as difficult as it can be thankfully it's also Doable it's a wonderful feeling to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a damned Cancer Stick......
