The Christmas Season can be EXtremely difficult for many people for many different reasons if you are having a hard time with it or you're just struggling please stay close and know that we're all here to help you in any way we can, life happens whether we smoke or not so being EXtra vigilant especially during the tough times is key to remaining Smokefree none of us no matter where we are in our quits can let LIFE kick us in the teeth and screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that another DAY ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is a GIFT of LIFE.....
