Each Day WON IS A GIFT OF LIFE

I remember the early days and weeks of my quit and each DAY WON sure didn't feel like a Gift BUT felt more like a root canal without the anesthesia LOL BUT looking back each day I got through really was a Gift of LIFE and each day you get through is a GIFT too, the longer we're quit the easier it gets it BUT if you're in the throes of horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep you probably think I'm nuts BUT I made it through those horrid rough patches after 40 years of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks I smoked  roughly 30 a day quitting wasn't easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT I wanted NO I needed to quit smoking so I could enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in LIFE! Once I found out that I have mild copd that's when I realized I needed to quit smoking I wanted it much more than to continue to slowly kill myself  as difficult as was at times it was also Doable and totally worth it to be Free......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
