Share your quitting journey
We lucked out here in my region of NB with 8.5 inches of the white stuff instead of a ft or more that came down around me Mark plowed while I got some exercise scooping the front and back steps plus in front of the garage and carport BUT no smokebreaks because I don't do that anymore PLUS relapsing isn't an option it's not even a blimp on my Radar and if by chance I get that fleeting thought of just ONE would be OK then I'll laugh right out loud and give my head several shakes because I know better and so do all of you because just ONE would totally screw up a perfectly beautiful quit and that's just NOT happening...... We must always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking instead let's smile at each and every Day WON because LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand so chin up if you're struggling keep moving forward stacking up those precious Days Of Freedom so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON it's definetly not easy BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free..... Oh my gosh I almost forgot our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George wants to wish each of you reading this a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day....
