Wow it's December 1st already I'm wondering where the last several months disappeared it seems the older I get the  faster they go, I'm hoping once the Christmas season is over that January February March and April will zoom right along because Winter always seems to drag on and on BUT then again life is way too short to wish the time to speed up even if I'm just talking about the snow and freezing temps of the Winter Season I've been very fortunate so far this year we've got some snow and cold temps BUT nothing compared to the last several years so I'll take it plus no matter the Weather or anything that's happening in life I'll remain Smokefree WE all have the choice to stick with our quits N.M.W - No Matter What & We must not let LIFE kick us in the teeth and screw up a perfectly beautiful quit instead we must always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking our lives deserves the very best that life has to offer and smoking isn't an option anymore because WE don't do that anymore besides life's going to happen whether we smoke or not so we might just as well continue living a life of Freedom so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON. We got Mason to help us decorate the tree yesterday and the inside of the house and it's great not having to stop and take smoke breaks.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
