I want to thank Nancy (YoungAtHeart ) and everyone for all of the birthday wishes I think 60 is going to be A okay especially since I've quit smoking 1,962 days or so ago our lives deserves for us to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us and I believe by kicking the damned Cancer Sticks to the curb permanently is the wisest decision that anyone of us will ever make in our lifetime it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early weeks BUT it's absolutely Doable it most definetly takes time to relearn life without the smokes BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it once you get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes. Oh my gosh I almost forgot that our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George wants to wish each of you reading this a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day on this last Hump Day of November which is also the day before your American Thanksgiving let's CELEBRATE our Freedom one precious Smokefree Day at a time if you're struggling with your quit then one hour minute or even a second at a time BUT keep moving forward stacking up those precious Days Of Freedom so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
