It's been a busy morning with lots of phone calls plus my beautiful daughter brought me a large ice cap from Tim Hortons yummy I'd already had 3 coffee so I think I'm ready for the day 
I woke up with a major sinus headache ugh I just took a couple extra strength Tylenol sinus so hopefully that will help take the edge off, I'm so glad that I don't smoke anymore because like most people I still smoked with headaches, colds flu and I even smoked after my jaw surgery when I was wired shut, mind you I waited until 10 days after the surgery geesh WOW I smoked after sinus surgery too but held off for a week before lighting up WOW eh!!! WHEW BUT NOT anymore because I don't do that anymore. We can and must make the choice to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W because our lives literally depends on us to look after ourselves if we don't nobody else can do it for us we need to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE.....
