I'm running late this morning I had routine bloodwork first thing this morning ugh on fasting but I did it then I've been busy either on the phone or on messanger sorry I'm late, my daughter Mandy posted these pictures to me last night on FB of her and Mason and the Alf on the shelf they were having a blast   you can see it on their faces,  Mason put the Alf on a shelf in their bathroom to keep an eye on his Mom while she had a bath Lol as you can tell it doesn't take much to make me smile and to make me happy like Mason getting off the bus here today and spending the night and I still smile 1,951 days or so after quitting smoking because I can enjoy LIFE on LIFE'S Terms without the yuckies (cigarettes) there's definitely LIFE after Cigarettes and it's up to us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE it's not easy in those early weeks by any stretch of the imagination BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free and with commitment and perseverance you will make it through to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is as an Ex Smoker Non Smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you keep moving forward stacking up those precious Days Of Freedom so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON.....N.O.P.E. - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance works when applied on a daily basis then there's absolutely no way any of will FAIL....in order to EXperience the Freedom of livinga Smokefree Life we must choose to stick with our quits N.M.W - No Matter What so we can continue living a life of Freedom.... We must N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is pure freedom and screwing up a perfectly beautiful quit would be devastating to say the least.....

Life really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand so chin up if you're struggling with your quit journey know that the longer you're quit the easier it will get BUT first you must go through the roller coaster ups and downs before things get easier...

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
