It really doesn't matter where we are in our quits whether it's day ONE or ONE thousand and ONE or two thousand it really doesn't matter as we all stick with our precious quits so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON   Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree, I want to do a special shout out to our very own Colleen sweetplt on her splendiferous 336 glorious DOF Whoo hoo you're just around the corner from the awesome 6% Club you've been a true inspiration to all of us here at Ex YAY you, thanks Joni jonimarie for the heads  up you're also a true inspiration. As long as we are willing determined and totally committed to be successful then with perservence it's absolutely Doable and boy oh boy it's so worth it.......it's Not easy in those early days and weeks BUT anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and our lives literally depends on us to stick with our quits N.M.W.

I was playing around in the photo shop express app last night going through the pics and for the sheer fun of  it I found some pics of me in the different seasons, summer 2017, Fall of this year 2019 and of March break of last year 2018 just a couple of miles from where I live I think it was about the 10th of March because the kids were on break for a week and Mandy Mason and I took off for an overnighter to a fancy motel, my favorite Season is Fall.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
