Share your quitting journey
Good Saturday morning everyone it's going to be a busy day plus we've got our sister in laws 95 year old father's funeral at 2 o'clock at our church they moved over from Holland in the eighties Nelien is married to Mark's youngest brother Jim today will be sad but good because her Dad lived a good long life and is now at peace, life can keep us busy that's for sure BUT even so as long as we're vigilant and don't allow any of life's issues screw up a perfectly beautiful quit I always liked what Dale says keep them away from your face and the only way out is through and that is 100 % truth sticking with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever - N.M.W - No Matter What will keep us FREE I still smile each evening at another Day WON because even with all of the stress I'm dealing with right now I'm so thankful for my Forever quit I've worked way too hard to ever go back to to that horrid DAY ONE BUT I say yes to each and every Day WON.....
