I just want to say Congratulations to anyone here that have made the decision to bite the bullet and take back your life from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison because it's the gift of LIFE and Congratulations to the person that is struggling with DAY ONE deep breaths and know that this evening you'll be able to say YAY for DAY WON with many more to come and Congratulations to everyone in your early days and weeks of quitting smoking because even though you may be struggling you are moving forward stacking up those precious DOF so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON I know that it's not easy at times BUT with commitment and perseverance you will succeed in living a life of Freedom
